Dedham, MA – Acmeware is proud to announce that we have achieved a 100% submission success rate with our Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) Quality Reporting customers. Every Acmeware customer who used our OneView software to report all three MIPS performance categories (Advancing Care Information, Improvement Activities and Quality) have received a positive payment adjustment for the 2019 calendar year. The average final MIPS score for Acmeware customers is 95.95 out of 100 and the average positive payment adjustment is 1.79%. Not only were all of Acmeware customers exceptional performers (MIPS score greater than 70), but 28% had perfect 100 point MIPS scores. This performance reflects our customers' commitment to quality programs.

This accomplishment demonstrates our commitment to quality reporting and why healthcare organizations are partnering with Acmeware to improve care quality and outcomes by using OneView as a single integrated reporting solution. William Presley, Vice President of Product Development, said that it is the dedication of his team, including Quality Program Management and Clinical Informatics, and their expert support of our customers that led to such outstanding results. He added that the hard work and determination to report as an EHR Submission Vendor can really pay off when you have real-time data and feedback reports allowing for validation prior to submission. Services including clinical workflow analysis, clinical documentation improvement and nomenclature mapping provide organizations the means to thoroughly understand and accurately report on measures. Additionally, Jamie Gerardo, Vice President of Professional Services praised her staff and in particular the OneView Specialists for their efforts on the implementation of OneView at client sites and the validation of data being captured.

In addition to Acmeware's OneView product successfully capturing ambulatory MIPS Eligible Clinicians (ECs) data from the MEDITECH EHR, it can also capture the data of ECs who bill Medicare Part B services in an acute care setting. The ability to electronically collect and report data on these ECs out of the MEDITECH EHR is a feature unique to OneView.

As the penalties and incentives increase and the MIPS reporting threshold also becomes more challenging, it will be more critical than ever to partner with a vendor who can optimize your score. MIPS is a budget-neutral program, so those who perform well and are awarded positive adjustments will be subsidized by the penalties incurred on those who do not meet the MIPS performance threshold.

Trust is an important factor in determining a quality reporting and submission vendor partnership. As a trusted partner, Acmeware offers all its clients value-added, concierge services, at no added cost, including the submission of measures to CMS through the QPP website, audit support which includes a locked vault with all of the data used for submission, optimization of measure selection, educational opportunities and an active user group.
